From my development of a wearable guidance system for the visually impaired, to an economical point-of-care device for diagnosing degenerative diseases, my passion is wholly focused on biomedical engineering. I am excited by the wide range of courses offered at Purdue, from Orthopaedic Biomechanics to NanoBioelectronics. Research opportunities in Biophotonics and Medical Imaging are of particular interest to me.

Moreover, my interests in hiking, nature, and bird photography are piqued by the vibrant photography and hiking clubs at Purdue. Purdue’s offerings both inside and outside the classroom will help me develop and extend my personal and academic interests.
