Many colleges require that applicants submit one or more high school recommendation letters written by a teacher and/or a secondary school report.  A secondary school report is a recommendation form completed by the high school guidance counselor and is typically submitted along with a school profile and the applicant’s high school transcript. This secondary school report form is used by the Common Application.
